A major underground station in London has been evacuated due to a “reported emergency”.
Commuters were forced to evacuate from King's Cross St Pancras at around 9am today (November 27).
Transport for London announced the closure after photos and videos of commuters leaving the station were shared on social media.
One video, which was posted on X (formally known as Twitter), shows commuters exiting the station.

An announcement can be heard over speakers inside the station saying: “Due to a reported emergency, would all passengers leave the station immediately please.”
In an update, TfL confirmed the station closed to prevent overcrowding and it reopened roughly 15 minutes after it shut, and is now operating normally.
Elsewhere in London, commuters on the Elizabeth line are facing severe delays as services have been suspended due to a signal failure.
