This is the shocking moment which shows the roof of a double-decker bus ripped off after a crash in Dagenham.
The 145 bus reportedly crashed into a tree on Hedgemans Road near Lullington Road just after 10am today (November 20).
Footage, obtained the Barking and Dagenham Post, shows the impact of the crash which ripped off the roof and some of the windows.
It also shows the debris covering the width of the road, and two ambulances parked next to the crash site.
Two women were injured from the crash and were taken to hospital as a precaution.
However, their injuries are not life-threatening nor life-changing.
A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said: “At about 10:00am on Wednesday, 20 November a bus collided with a tree on Hedgemans Road, Dagenham.
“Police and the London Ambulance Service attended.
“Two women were injured and were both taken to hospital as a precaution. Their injuries are not life-threatening nor life-changing.
“Enquiries into the circumstances of the collision continue.”
