Two teenagers and a man have been arrested after a stabbing at Edgware Road station.
The station was shut for hours today (November 19) after police were called just before 5pm to reports of a serious assault.
Paramedics also attend and a person, whose age has not been shared at this time, was taken to hospital with stabbing injuries.
According to the London Ambulance Service, the victim was a man.
A British Transport Police spokesperson said: “Their injuries are not believed to be life threatening or life changing.”
Two teenage boys, 16 and 17, and a 20-year-old man have been arrest on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent and remain in police custody.
Transport for London (TfL) announced that Edgware Road has since reopened following the attack.
Detective Chief Inspector Steve May said: “Enquiries into this incident are ongoing and passengers will see an increased police presence in the area as a result.
“The station will also remain closed.
“I urge any witnesses or anyone with information to contact British Transport Police by texting 61016 or calling 0800 40 50 40, quoting reference 513 of 19 November. Alternatively, you can contact Crimestoppers anonymously by calling 0800 555 111.”
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: "We took a man to a London Major trauma centre. Ambulance crew, incident response officer and air ambulance attended.
