A bus route which connects Romford and Dagenham will now run more frequently after changes brought in by Transport for London (TfL).
Passengers using the 175 service - which runs between Hillrise Estate, Collier Row and New Road, Dagenham - can now catch a bus every 15 minutes instead of every 20 minutes on Sundays during the day and every evening.
Buses will also run every 20 minutes instead of every half hour before around 9am on Sundays.
Councillor Jason Frost, who represents the Mawneys ward, called the changes a "very much welcome" investment in the service.

In a Facebook post he said: "The Mawneys Team very much welcome the additional investment in a service which is very well-used and much valued by residents of Collier Row."
The changes, which have already been put in place, also include an earlier start for buses on Sundays - with the departure time from north Romford brought forward to 4.30am in line with the other days of the week.
This means that customers will benefit from buses operating "up to nearly two hours earlier than they did previously", according to TfL.
Geoff Hobbs, TfL’s director of public transport service planning, said: “Buses are an important lifeline for millions of Londoners and we’re determined to ensure that people have access to reliable, frequent services.
He added that TfL "regularly" reviews its services and welcomes any feedback from residents to "create bus services which benefit everyone using the services in the local area".
