A pub in Hornchurch is still up for sale more than a year after it closed its doors.
The Rising Sun, in High Street, shut for good in June 2023 - but it has been spotted still on Rightmove almost 18 months later.
The high street pub, which closed as a result of the unaffordable costs of running the boozer, is listed for £975,000 on the property site.
A new lease is also available to be negotiated with a guide rent of £80,000 per year.

Estate agent Savills describes the first floor nightclub included in the venue sale as a potential "second revenue stream".
The building is three storeys overall, with a beer garden providing seating for around 38 covers, and two parking spaces to the back of the property.
The Rising Sun was open for at least 20 years before it closed in 2023 and hosted regular events such as Soul City, a soul and dance night.
In a statement announcing the closure last year, landlord James Sherer said: "The costs of maintaining our pub and club have steadily risen, and unfortunately, the demand hasn't been able to keep pace.
"While this decision was not easy to make, we look back with nothing but fondness on the years of camaraderie and community that we've enjoyed together."
