An Indian curry house in Dagenham has been named the best takeaway for the second year in a row.
Clay Oven, in Whalebone Lane South, was recognised at this year's Curry Life Awards for its service and food quality.
It was among the winners in the Best Takeaway category for 2024, after scooping the same award last year.
The awards, organised by Curry Life magazine, were held on October 13 at the London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square in Mayfair.

Speaking after the ceremony, Clay Oven owner Millul Chowdhury said: "We’ve always strived to be a step ahead, making sure that we've got our name out there.
"Our customer service is always at the forefront of everything we do, we make sure that we are trying our best to make the experience as good as possible.
"A Curry Life award is very important to the business, and it's something that the takeaway cherishes."
He added: "Ever since last year when we won an award, we've been getting lots of compliments for our food and service.
"Our customers really feel a part of all of this, they have contributed to this award and we are very proud."
The Curry Life Awards, now in their 15th year, aim to highlight best practices in the curry industry across the UK.
Curry Life Media Group editor Syed Belal Ahmed said: "Over the many years we have been staging the awards, we have seen major improvements in standards and quality being offered to customers, to the point where several restaurants are now in a position to challenge for accolades such as Michelin stars."
The awards recognise the significant contribution of British curry houses.

Keynote speakers at the ceremony included Wes Streeting MP, secretary of state for health and social care.
Millul started Clay Oven more than a decade ago and believes in creating a personalised takeaway experience. He often includes complimentary dishes with orders.
He said: "We offer these tailored to customers’ orders rather than just offering them any starter or side, so we know we are giving them something extra that they will enjoy."
