A man has been rushed to hospital after a crash in Mile End earlier this morning.
The incident happened in Mile End Road at 8.50am today (October 8).
London Ambulance Service sent ambulance crews, a paramedic in a fast response car, an incident response officer, members of its Tactical Response Unit and London’s Air Ambulance.
The first crew arrived at the scene in less than two minutes.
The man was treated at the scene, before being taken to a London hospital by road as a priority.
His condition is currently unknown.

A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 8.50am this morning (Tuesday October 8) to reports of a road traffic collision and person injured in Mile End Road, E1.
“We sent resources to the scene, including ambulance crews, a paramedic in a fast response car, an incident response officer, members of our Tactical Response Unit and London’s Air Ambulance.
“The first of our crews arrived in less than two minutes.
“Our crews treated a man at the scene, before taking him to a London major trauma centre by road as a priority.”
