A young man from Romford is facing charges of possessing an axe and knife in Collier Row.
Colby Martin, of Eastern Avenue East, Romford, appeared at Barkingside Magistrates' Court on September 5, the Metropolitan Police confirmed today (September 26).
The 19-year-old has been charged with malicious communications, possession of an offensive weapon - an axe, and having a lock knife in a public place.

It follows an incident in Mawney Road on September 3, police said.
A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police has confirmed he is next due to appear at Romford Magistrates' Court at 10am on October 23.
