A man in his 50s has been arrested after a "cannabis factory" was found at a home in Hornchurch.
Police officers from the Safer Neighbourhoods team searched a property with a warrant in Craigdale Road, Hornchurch, on Monday (September 23).
Officers discovered a "small cannabis factory" and seized a number of cannabis plants and related items.
A 51-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of cannabis production, but has been bailed while police continue their investigation.

A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police said: "Safer Neighbourhoods officers from Havering completed a warrant at residential premise on Craigdale Road, Hornchurch, RM11 on Monday, September 23.
"Within the address, a small cannabis factory was found with a number of cannabis plants and related items.
"A 51-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of production of cannabis.
"He has been bailed while the Met’s investigation continues."
The Met urged residents to report any suspicious activity where they live via their website www.met.police.uk or anonymously via Crimestoppers 0800 555 111.
