A terrace of three new houses could be built in Rainham as part of a £2 million development proposal.

A planning application has been lodged to Havering Council seeking approval to introduce three new homes to Magnum Close.

Applicant Mr R Gilbert has proposed to build the terrace of three bedroom homes with gardens on a vacant plot of land, opposite 5 Magnum Close.
