This is another property for sale by modern method of auction, with the buyer and seller expected to complete within 56 days of the winning bid.

This three-bedroom mid-terrace house in Romford is up for auction on September 18 with a guide price of £300,000.

Director and auctioneer Kevin Gilbert from Clive Emson Auctioneers said that although it is "in need of improvement" this will allow the winning bidder to "re-decorate in their own taste and style".
