Dr Shirley Radcliffe, assistant coroner for east London, today (August 16) opened an inquest into Dmitrij's death at East London Coroner's Court in Walthamstow.
Dmitrij was found to have suffered "multiple traumatic injuries" after an incident which took place during the delivery of heavy machinery.
The court heard he is a company director and Companies House lists him as being a director of P-Metals Limited since January 2022.
Dr Radcliffe said: "The lorry driver was pushing the pallet to the rear of the tail lift.
