Plans to add an additional floor to a mosque and installing a portacabin for a new nursery classroom are among the many planning applications submitted to the local authority over the last week.
Havering Council has received over 26 applications for a variety of developments in the borough.
We have summed up the most notable applications and included them for ease below:
- Romford Mosque at Lessington Avenue, Romford, has proposed for an additional first floor to provide additional space for its worship. It would include a meeting room, recording room, toilet and store. (P1063.24)
- Plans were put forward for a new gold sign with the letters ‘AVA’ shown for a Panthera Corporation at 22 South Street, Romford. (A0037.24)
- It was also proposed to introduce an illuminated digital advertising panel at the Shell petrol station on 203 Brentwood Road, Romford. (A0038.24)
- Fledgelings Day Nursery on Rainham Road has proposed to install a portacabin building to be used as a nursery classroom. (P0977.24)
