The most and least expensive streets in Upminster have been revealed by property experts.
Auctioneers Property Solvers has tracked average sold price data from the HM Land Registry since 2019 to produce the findings.
Engayne Gardens, Bonham Grange in Church Road and The Fairway were the three most expensive streets in Upminster, according to Property Solvers.
The average property price in Engayne Gardens, the most expensive street in the area according to the estate agents, was £1,560,000. Three homes on that road had been sold.
Despite its hefty price, 11 homes at an average of £1,558,045 were sold in Bonham Grange.
Turning to Upminster's cheapest streets, Front Lane, Waycross Road and Station Road topped the list.
The average property price in Front Lane, the lowest, was £215,700 according to Property Solvers. Five homes were sold on that road.
Ten properties were also sold on fourth-lowest Briarleas Gardens, at an average price of £271,050.
