Plans to upgrade a listed building and separate plans to demolish buildings for new homes are among the many planning applications submitted to the local authority over the last week.
Havering Council has received over 39 applications for a variety of developments in the borough.
We have summed up the most notable applications and included them for ease below:
- Collier Row Islamic Centre at Chase Cross Road, Romford, which run by Iqra Educational & Cultural Centre, is looking to change the condition of opening hours granted. (P0988.24)
- At Essex Close, Romford, plans were put forward to convert the existing side extension, single storey rear extension and two-storey side/rear extension to create two new dwellings. (P1029.24)
- It’s proposed to demolish a building at 15 Lake Avenue, Rainham, and to replace it with two dwellings with private amenity space and street car parking. (P1003.24)
- Plans were put forward to alter 5 Market Place, a listed building currently being run as The Lamb, by repainting the external render, replacing signage and installing four floodlights and four lanterns to replace the existing lighting. (L0007.24)
- At Howard Road, Upminster, there are plans to demolish an existing detached property and replace it with two four-bedroom semi-detached dwellings with off-street parking with new dropped kerb, private amenity space and cycle stores. (P1032.24)
