Barking's most expensive and cheapest streets to buy homes in have been named.
House price data using figures from HM Land Registry has ranked the most and least expensive streets in the area.
The data published by Property Solvers has tracked average house price figures across a five year period.
According to figures, the average house price in Barking is £294,785, with property prices increasing by 16.22 per cent since 2019.
Upney Lane has taken the title of most expensive street, with the average house price in the road estimated at £672,500.
It has been closely followed by Beccles Drive, which has an average house price of £646,000.
It is Fielders Crescent however that has ranked as the least expensive road to buy a home in.
According to the data, the average house price in this street is just £92,125.
The next cheapest street has been found to be Law House, with average prices jumping to £147,333.
According to figures, the average house price in the area is £294,785, with property prices increasing by 16.22 per cent since 2019.
In the last 12 months, the research found there has been an increase in price by £10,715, a 2.87 per cent average.
Barking has seen a decrease in home sales by 63.68 per cent, with only 234 sales over the last year.
Out of the 234 sales, 49 homes that were sold ranged between £210,000 and £282,000.
Forty-two homes were sold in the price bracket of £354,000 and £426,000.
In June, a total of 37 properties underwent price reductions, Property Solvers said, with 40 agreed home sales and 74 new estate agency instructions.
