A historic pub in Romford town centre has changes planned to its premises, primarily the installation of fresh signs.
The Lamb in Market Place has had a proposal, A0036.24, to replace five signs, including its outside-lit fascia sign.
Four brass lanterns and four floodlights may also be replaced as part of the plans, currently undecided, received on July 23.
The plans were validated the same day and a decision date has been set to September 17.

Simon Pettifer, of pub chain Greene King, was behind the proposal supported by Gillian Shepley of Ashleigh Signs, a sign-making company in Normanton.
Three non-lit fascia signs, one outside-lit fascia sign, one outside-lit projecting sign and two inside-lit menu box signs were also included as part of the proposal.
The Lamb is a historic pub and there has been an inn on its site since at least 1681, according to Havering Libraries.
It was formerly an Ind Coope Brewery pub and survives to this day as a Greene King establishment.
