Alpha Cauwenbergh, general manager of The Gym Group Plaistow, said: “We’ve built a great community already across our gyms in east London, so we are very excited to open a fantastic new gym in Plaistow.

Further east London Gym Group facilities are set to open later this year in Bromley-by-Bow and East Ham.
