Romford's most expensive - and cheapest - streets have been revealed in new house price data.
Links Avenue has been named as the most expensive street in Romford, with average house prices reaching £1,484,000.
Houses also top £1 million in streets like Reed Pond Walk and Parkway.
On the other end of the scale, Frazer Close holds the title for the least expensive, where homes average at just £118,567.
Other more affordable streets include South Street, in Romford town centre, and Straight Road, in Harold Hill.
The data, collected by Property Solvers, tracked the average sold price from HM Land Registry data across various Romford postcodes since 2019.

Over the past five years, the average property price in Romford has increased by £95,530 (25 per cent), with a £19,098 (four per cent) increase in the last 12 months alone.
The average house price in the town currently stands at £444,348.
This is more than £200,000 less than the average house price across London, according to the HM Land Registry data.
In the last year, 841 houses were sold in Romford, down by half compared to the previous year.
The majority of these sales were houses priced between £394,000 and £476,000, followed by properties in the £476,000 to £558,000 range, with 157 houses sold.

Property Solvers also found that properties in Romford take an average of 75 days to sell, from being listed to completion - quicker than the average across the capital as a whole, where sales normally take 84 days.
Last month saw 174 new estate agency instructions, 156 agreed home sales and 68 property price reductions in the Romford area.
