Plans to change the use of a health service venue to a shop are among those submitted in Havering this week.
A vast range of planning proposals have been submitted to Havering Council between July 2 to July 8, including the standard home modifications like extensions.
All applications will be considered at length before a decision will be made to either approve or refuse each case.
We have rounded up some of the most notable applications from across the borough.
In Hornchurch, a proposal has been submitted that could see an existing dental practise reconstructed to introduce three new flats (P0875.24).
The application relates to a dentistry registered at 28 Rosewood Avenue and a neighbouring property at 1 Carnforth Gardens.
If approved, the existing home and surgery could be changed into a single, mixed-use building with commercial and residential purposes.
This would involve a part two storey extension, single storey side and rear extension with a loft conversion, creating three flats.
In Romford, one of the latest applications (P0935.24) has requested the council's permission to change the use of a health service to a retail shop.
The proposed site is located in Oldchurch Road, and if approved could see the entire ground floor layout consisting of a customer area, consultation room and therapy room knocked down.
It is not only the interior that would be revamped, but the exterior would also be amended to have a new entrance door and shopfront.
In Upminster, an application has been submitted seeking approval for external play area works.
Proposal P0918.24 has been made by Corbets Tey School in Harwood Hall Lane.

According to the plans submitted, the school wishes to resurface and level out the majority of the playground areas, removing existing timber play equipment in the process.
In addition to this, new steel mesh security fencing would replace the current timber fencing surrounding the play grounds.
A new swing set would be installed, with new astroturf fitted in areas with existing astroturf.
Those wishing to comment on the applications have until July 30 to do so.
