The first images have been released showing what the new gastropub replacing a former Wetherspoons in Romford could look like.
In April 2023 The World's Inn pub in South Street, Romford, closed as part of Wetherspoons' decision to sell and let dozens of its pubs across the UK.
More than a year later, current site leaseholder Remzi Erdogan announced plans to open gastropub Ivy Tree on July 10 with much change.
Computer-generated images provided by Remzi show what the gastropub could look like.

Remzi said Ivy Tree will provide breakfasts, a lounge, dancefloor, DJs and live bands as part of its entertainment.
He said he had run into problems with famous restaurant chain The Ivy over the name, but claimed the dispute has since ended.
Despite the lavish setting, Remzi said prices would remain "affordable" for people in Romford.
Ivy Tree is set for its grand opening on July 12.
