The Conservative Party has continued its success in Havering & Redbridge.
Susan Hall and Keith Prince topped the constituency's polls in the mayoral and assembly votes.
Ms Hall, who ran for Mayor of London, received 82,859 votes whilst incumbent London Mayor Sadiq Khan received just 50,780.
Keith Prince was named as the constituency's London Assembly Member today (May 4) inside the ExCel building in Newham.
He won 65,037 votes, continuing his incumbency after his first election to post in 2016.
Labour candidate Guy Williams achieved runner-up with 49,561 votes.
Mr Prince said in his winning speech: "I would like to thank everybody on my team who helped me get across the line. It's been a fantastic effort, we've put in hours of work. I'm truly, truly grateful to you.
"I'd also like to thank my fellow candidates and their teams for running a clean and good campaign. Guy, it's been good to work with you, or work against you. I mean that in the nicest possible way.
"Thank you very much everybody."

The constituency assembly member results for Havering & Redbridge were called at 7.14pm, presented to a much smaller audience in the count hall than was here earlier today.
Mr Prince spoke with this paper after his speech.
He said: "(I feel) great. I'm so grateful to all my team who helped me get across the line.
"It's been amazing. I think Havering & Redbridge have sent a very clear message to the Mayor that they're really unhappy with his policies and I think he really needs to reflect on that."
Sadiq Khan has been appointed Mayor of London for the third term running after a successful campaign.
His win in the 2024 London elections is his largest point majority so far.
