A woman was reportedly hit by a bus and subsequently rushed to hospital, with road closures put in place.
The Metropolitan Police were called at 9pm yesterday (May 3) to reports of a bus in collision with a woman, believed to be in her 50s, on North Road in Hornchurch.
The woman was subsequently taken to hospital for treatment where her condition has been assessed as non life-threatening.

Road closures remain in place near North Road, police said today (May 4) and no arrests have been made.
Enquiries into the circumstances of the crash continue.
In a separate emergency incident, the London Fire Brigade was called to Chadwell Heath on May 1 at around 7.53pm after a row of derelict garages were mostly destroyed by fire.
The blaze was brought under control by 8.57pm.
