A car flipped during a crash trapping a woman inside the vehicle on a residential street near a McDonald's.
The London Fire Brigade (LFB) was called at 9.29am to reports of an overturned car in Briar Road, Harold Hill, following a collision between two cars.
A woman, stuck inside the vehicle, was released by firefighters and treated on scene by the London Ambulance Service (LAS).
LAS were called at 9.33am to nearby Straight Road, which has a McDonald's at the junction of Briar Road.
They sent ambulance crews, a fast-response paramedic and an incident response officer.
An LAS spokesperson said: “A patient was treated and discharged at the scene.”

Police also attended the crash after being called at 9.32am to reports two cars had collided in Briar Road.
The force said only one person was involved in the crash, there have been no arrests and enquiries are ongoing.
LFB had finished dealing with the crash by 9.57am.
Crews from Harold Hill and Romford fire stations had attended.
