Police were called to Lambs Lane South in Rainham at 12.44am last Saturday (April 13) to reports of the crash.
Three men were found with serious injuries by London Ambulance Service (LAS) paramedics and taken to hospital but one was later arrested, police said.
They had been in a critical condition but are now stable, a Metropolitan Police spokesperson added, and the arrested man has been bailed to return on a mid-May date.
