Data from the Department for Education has revealed the capacity in state-funded primary and secondary schools in Havering.
The figures for 2022-23 consolidates statistics reported by local authorities in England in the annual school capacity survey as of May 1 last year.
Among secondary schools during the period, The Campion School in Hornchurch was found to be over its capacity by 122 pupils.
But this is down on the 155 pupils it was oversubscribed by in 2021-22.
Hall Mead School in Upminster had nine pupils over capacity in 2022-23.
According to the data, four primary schools in the borough - Ardleigh Green Infant School, Clockhouse Primary School¸ Ardleigh Green Junior School and St Mary's Catholic Primary School were oversubscribed in 2022-23 by 14, eight, 12 and eight pupils respectively.
Ardleigh Green Junior and Ardleigh Green Infant Schools were also over capacity in the five years before 2022-23.

Many of the other schools had unfulfilled capacities in 2022-23 though. This includes St Edward's Church of England Academy that was undersubscribed by 745 pupils, Gaynes School by 668, The Brittons Academy by 509 and Sanders Draper School by 295.
Some primary schools had places that were not taken up during the same year too.
Concordia Academy with 214 places and Harrow Lodge Primary School with 206 places.
The data also presented the expected increase in demand for school places in the coming years.
The children’s population in Havering is said to be the fourth fastest growing in the country, according to Havering Council.
In 2024-25, the data suggests that there will be 217 extra school places needed in total - with 174 in primary and 43 in secondary schools.
This number is expected to rise to 706 overall by 2027-28, split between 420 places in primary schools and 286 in secondary schools.
A council spokesperson said unlike much of London, Havering has an increase in children needing school places and this is why the borough received almost 60 per cent of the Department for Education school basic need capital grant in London.
“Despite the ever-growing demand for school places, we have a strong record in ensuring that all pupils are allocated their first or second school choice," they added.
The Recorder contacted Campion School about its oversubscription but did not receive a response.
* This article previously said Rainham Village Primary School was reported as having the most vacancies with 222 unfulfilled places. According to the government's website, the school currently has a capacity of 450 with 447 pupils.
