A consultation on the future of Romford town centre is set to open.
Havering Council announced Romford residents and businesses will be able to have their say from next month on what should be done to improve the town centre and surrounding area.
People will be able to express their views on the Romford Masterplan between April 8 and May 3 this year.
Ray Morgon, council leader, said: “This is the right time to refresh the Romford Masterplan to help us protect and strengthen Romford town centre, including the market."

The council leader encouraged people to have their say to help make Romford a place people want to live, visit and trade in.
You can visit the following council pop-ups:
- Friday April 12 from 12pm to 4pm at Romford Market opposite Lloyds Bank;
- Saturday April 20 from 9am to 6pm at the Liberty Shopping Centre opposite Starbucks;
- Saturday April 27 from 11am to 3pm on South Street opposite Santander;
- Wednesday May 1 from 12pm to 4pm on South Street opposite M&S Foodhall.
