A crash between a car and a black cab led to road closures on the M25 last night.
The collision happened between junctions 27 and 28 in Brentwood at around 10.55pm on Sunday (March 3).
Delays of up to 20 minutes built up on approach, according to National Highways. At around 12.01 am today, lane one remained closed for recovery and clear up works.
Essex Police said the crash involved a Toyota Prius car and a black cab, with the latter fleeing the scene after the incident.

No injuries were reported, the force confirmed.
All lanes were reopened by 12.54am this morning.

Officers have urged anyone with information or footage in relation to the crash to contact Essex Police quoting incident 1086 on March 3.
