A pensioner, 87, has been identified as the Harold Wood station murder victim.
Bernard Fowler, 87, of Havering has been named by the British Transport Police (BTP) as the victim of a murder in Harold Wood station yesterday (February 27).
This comes after Miles Skai, 22, of Brent Cross in Hendon, was charged with murder after a man was found dead in the station suffering "extensive injuries".
Bernard's family have asked for their privacy to be respected at this time, BTP added.

Senior investigating officer Detective Chief Inspector Sam Painter said: “I know how shocking and concerning this incident has been to the community and I would like to reassure the public that this was an isolated incident.
“My thoughts are with Bernard's family and loved ones at this time," he added.
Skai has been charged in connection with the murder and will next appear at the Old Bailey next Friday (March 1).
