Plans to convert a children’s nursery into homes are among those to be considered.
All of the applications were received by Havering Council between January 9 and January 15.
The plans will be reviewed by the council before any final decisions are made.
In Upminster, there are plans to demolish and replace a rear extension at a property in Roseberry Gardens (P0014.24).
A further ground floor rear extension is planned for a property in The Chase (P0046.24).
Over in Holden Way, an existing outbuilding could be replaced with a new one under current plans (1817.23).
In Hornchurch, there are plans to build a part single-storey, part two-storey rear extension to a property in Sylvan Avenue.
A garage and loft would also be converted into habitable space (P0035.24).
Another part one-storey, part-two storey extension is planned in Barleycorn Way.
The proposals ask for permission to demolish an existing double garage and single-storey rear extension (P1883.23).
In Nelwyn Avenue, rear, side and front extensions could be built to a property, in addition to an outbuilding for use as an office or gym (P0071.24).
A further six applications for extensions have also been submitted in the Hornchurch area.
These are for properties in – Grenfell Avenue (P0068.24), Maybank Avenue (P0036.24), Laburnum Walk (P0057.24), Slewins Lane (P0042.24), Maywin Drive (P0026.24), and Allenby Drive (P1828.23).
A second floors has also been proposed for the same property in Allenby Drive (P0040.24).
A total of 14 applicants have asked for permission to build extensions to properties in Romford.
These are in – Hilldene Avenue (P0056.24), North Road (P0060.24), Dulverton Road (P1786.23), Mowbrays Road (P0005.24), Pettits Lane (P0023.24), Dee Way (P0039.24), Hornford Way (P0037.24), Park Drive (P1866.23), Rush Green Road (P1795.23), Main Road (P0067.24), Crossways (P1832.23), and Manor Close (P1840.23).
A further two properties in Sheringham Avenue also have plans to build extensions (Y0330.23 and P0063.24).
In Rainham, there are also plans for extensions at two different properties.
These are located in - Penerley Road (P0047.24) and Cherry Tree Lane (P0053.24).
One applicant has asked for permission to convert Ladybird Nursery in Ryder Gardens into two homes (P0028.24).
Plans include dividing the building into one two-bedroom home, and one single-bedroom home, as well as building a first floor front extension to the existing building.
The addition of a first floor to create a chalet bungalow, alongside the conversion of a garage for habitable use, has also been requested at a property in Briscoe Road (P0006.24).
