A "disgusting" fly tip was dumped near a primary school in Brentwood.
Resident Peter Boyes sent in a photo on Thursday (January 18) of the waste in the Weald Park car park.
An Essex County Council spokesperson confirmed it was working to remove the fly tip and said there was no justification for it.
Peter came across the waste dumped in the car park, said to be used in mornings and afternoons by parents of St Peter's Church of England Primary School pupils.
"This [was this] morning’s disgusting greeting from the Weald Park car park," said Peter, referring to the photo.

"It seems to tick all the boxes of organised, deliberate and calculated criminal pollution," he claimed.
The council spokesperson added that it is working to prevent any future occurrences in the area.
"It [fly tipping] is a criminal offence that can result in prosecution," it was added.
