Three teenagers have been arrested in Romford on suspicion of burglary after a vehicle was allegedly stolen from an Essex property.
Two 17-year-olds and an 18-year-old were arrested in the town after police identified a vehicle with a false licence plate on Wednesday (January 17), Essex Police said.
The arrests come after police received reports of a vehicle being stolen from a property in Curling Tye, Basildon, on the morning of January 14.
Inspector Steve Parry said: "We know the impact this kind of invasive crime can have on victims, so we make it a priority to make sure those responsible are brought to justice.
