A motorbike sales and repair shop has retrospectively applied for the change of use of its premises, a former car showroom.
The plans, P1644.23, currently undecided, retrospectively propose a change of use from a former car showroom to a motorbike sales and repair shop in Hornchurch.
But the application form shows that the change of use at 159-161 Billet Lane has already been completed as of March 2023, with Bestway Motorcycles trading from there.
The latest plans were received by Havering Council on November 11, after applicant and agent J&K Architectural Services was advised by a council officer to apply.

In a design and access statement, J&K Architectural Services stated the continued use of the premises, a former car showroom which last traded three years ago, would bring business to the area with minimal disruption to residents.
"The proposal would provide a specialist service to the local centre," the statement added.
A decision date has been set to January 3 in 2024 after the council validated the plans on November 8.
