The ten streets where the most fines were given by Havering Council last year have been revealed.
A total of 165,613 penalty charge notices (PCNs) were handed out in Havering in 2022, data obtained from the council under the Freedom of Information Act shows.
The local authority collected around £7million from these last year.

Data shows that Romford has six of the top ten spots for PCNs in the borough.
