A teenage boy who was arrested after a firework was allegedly set off in a parked vehicle has been bailed.
Essex Police announced today (November 8) that a boy, 16, has been bailed after being arrested on Saturday (November 4).
He had been held on suspicion of criminal damage in connection with an arson investigation in Brentwood.
Police had received a report of a firework set off in a vehicle in Rayleigh Road, Brentwood, on October 14.

Two cars and a nearby property were damaged in the incident, the force said.
Enquiries continue, Essex Police added.
