Plans to create nine new homes and extend a schoolwear warehouse are among those submitted in the last week.
All of the applications were received by Havering Council between October 17 and October 23.
The plans will be reviewed by the council before any final decisions are made.
In Hornchurch, there are plans to build a two bedroom bungalow on land adjacent to a property in Ferndown (P1413.23).
An application has been submitted in Harrow Drive to demolish an existing property (P1471.23).
In its place, there are plans to build two new properties with off-street car parking.
There are proposals for a two-storey front extension and single-storey rear extension in Laburnum Walk (P1531.23).
In Patricia Drive, another extension is proposed to the rear of a property, including the addition of two dormers at the roof side (P1552.23 ).
An application has been submitted in Dymoke Road to divide a commercial building and extend into the existing roof space to provide two self-contained terrace houses (P1456.23 ).
Over in Romford, there are plans for a part-single, part-double storey extension to a property in Highfield Road (P1554.23 ).
At Enterprise House in Farringdon Avenue a proposal seeks to extend an existing schoolwear warehouse along its east facade (P1341.23).
In Douglas Avenue there are plans to create nine new properties and increase the size of an existing property (P1363.23 ).
Retrospective permission for a single storey outbuilding to the rear of a property following the demolition of an existing garage is being sought in Hillfoot Road (P1559.23 ).
A retail shop in the Main Road could be converted into a restaurant and takeaway open until midnight on Friday and Saturday evenings (P1145.23 ).
Over in Rainham, there are plans to convert an existing three bedroom home into one three bedroom flat and one two bedroom flat (P1539.23).
In Upminster, there are plans to convert existing financial services offices into flats (J0036.23 ).
The proposal seeks permission to create two one-bedroom self-contained studio flats on the first and second floors of the building in Corbets Tey Road.
There are also plans to build front, side and rear extensions to a property in Huntsmans Drive, as well as converting the garage into a habitable space (P1534.23).
