A man was taken to hospital after being assaulted on a busy east London street.
Metropolitan Police were called at around 5.30pm on Monday (October 16) to High Road in Chadwell Heath to reports of the incident.
London Ambulance Service attended alongside officers. They found the man, believed to be in his 30s, with injuries at the scene.
He was taken to hospital after being treated by medics. A spokesperson for Met Police has said his injuries are not life-threatening or life-changing.

An investigation has been launched into the case and enquiries are ongoing. No arrests have been made so far.
Officers have urged anyone with information to contact the police on 101 quoting CAD 5633/16Oct.
