More homes and the doubling of existing parking spaces have been proposed in a residential area.
Nine homes and an increase from 19 parking spaces to 38 at The Squirrels, in Douglas Avenue, Harold Wood have been proposed by developer Pyramid Properties.
Plans also include extending an existing dwelling at the same site.
The application, P1363.23, currently undecided, was received by Havering Council on September 4 and validated on October 10.
A decision date has been set to January 9 in 2024 and plans also include 18 cycling spaces, of which the site currently has zero.

The agent is Smith and Newton Architects and the existing use of the site is as a multiple unit residential development.
Under plans, building works are expected to begin in February 2024 and complete a year later.
