A man was allegedly punched and suffered an eye injury after a crash in Harold Hill, police said.
Metropolitan Police spoke with a man, 60, who had been assaulted after reports of a fight in Farnham Road yesterday (September 25).
This came after a crash, East Area Police added, and two males reportedly punched a man in the face, who sustained an eye injury.
Two men fled the scene and there have been no arrests yet, Met Police said.

The 60-year-old sustained an eye injury but his condition is non life-threatening.
Enquiries into the circumstances continue but no allegations have been substantiated yet, East Area Police added.
