A man who was found with a head injury in Harold Hill has been discharged from hospital.
The 23-year-old has been released from hospital, police confirmed today (September 15).
Police also said yesterday (September 14) that two men were bailed after being arrested in connection with an assault on another man.
The 23-year-old was found with a head injury in Oxford Road, Harold Hill, at around 7.53pm on Tuesday (September 12).

London Ambulance Service (LAS) said it was called at 8.47pm that night to reports of an assault at the same location.
A patient was treated at the scene for a head injury before being taken to a local hospital, a LAS spokesperson said.
“We sent an ambulance crew, an incident response officer and members of our tactical response unit to the scene," he added.
