A toddler has suffered serious injuries after a collision in East London.
Metropolitan Police were called at 3.39pm on Friday (September 8) to Shrubland Road in Waltham Forest after a pick-up truck reportedly crashed into a three-year-old child.
The child was immediately rushed to the hospital by emergency services.
A spokesperson for Met Police has said that the injured toddler remains in “serious but stable” condition.

The driver of the truck stopped at the scene and has been “spoken to” by the police but no arrests have been made.
A probe into the incident has been launched by officers from Met’s Serious Collison Investigation Unit.
They have appealed for witnesses and anyone with dash-cam footage to call the police on 101 or tweet them via @MetCC quoting reference CAD 5500/08sep.
