Emergency services were scrambled to attend a fight in Romford last night.
Metropolitan Police were called at 5.35pm on Tuesday (August 29) to Oldchurch Gardens in Rush Green to reports of the fight between a man and a woman.
London Ambulance Service attended too.
A 38-year-old man was arrested at the scene on suspicion of affray and was taken to an east London hospital for mental health assessment.

No injuries were however reported. A spokesperson for Met Police said that the man and woman were known to each other.
No further action will be taken by police in the matter, they said.
People shared on social media that they saw police and ambulance on site and claimed that “one or two people were lying on the ground”.
Another added that she saw a man handcuffed by police.
