A man has been rushed to hospital with a stab injury after a fight in a park.
Police were called to Stratford Park to reports of a “large fight” at around 6.15pm yesterday (August 23).
At the scene, emergency services found two men injured.
One man was rushed to hospital with a stab injury. A police spokesperson said that they await an update on his condition.
A second man was found with a head injury and also taken to hospital. His condition is not believed to be life-threatening.
Pictures from the scene showed a large cordon in place yesterday evening.
Officers have not made any arrests and enquiries into the incident continue.
