A crash between two cars delayed traffic on the A12 in Romford this morning.
Metropolitan Police were called at around 7.13am today (August 17) to reports of the crash involving two cars in Pettits Lane.
London Fire Brigade and London Ambulance Service attended the scene.
A woman was rushed to a hospital and her injuries are not known at this time.

BBC Radio London Travel tweeted that the A12 was blocked at Pettits Lane North following the incident and congestion extended to North Street.

All roads have since been re-opened and enquiries into the collision are ongoing.
