A flat fire is under investigation after part of the property was damaged in a blaze.
Firefighters tackled a fire on Warton Road in Stratford yesterday (August 8) after being called at 6.43pm.
Half of a second floor flat in a four-storey residential building was damaged.
The cause of the fire is under investigation by the London Fire Brigade (LFB) and the Metropolitan Police.

There were no reports of injuries, LFB said.
Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters attended the scene, after LFB received nine calls about the blaze.
It was brought under control at 7.36pm by crews from Stratford, Leytonstone, Plaistow and Leyton fire stations.
