A man was rushed to hospital and two people were treated at the scene after a brawl.
The Metropolitan Police were called to reports of a fight between a group of people in North Street, Romford, shortly after 8pm yesterday (July 31).
Officers found an 18-year-old man with head injuries at the scene.
An ambulance crew and an incident response officer were dispatched by London Ambulance Service.
Medics on site treated two people and rushed the teen to a hospital.

A spokesperson for Met Police said the teenager's condition has since been assessed as non-life threatening.
No arrests have been made so far, but enquiries continue.
The incident comes two days after another 15-year-old boy from Hornchurch was charged with robbery and possessive of an offensive weapon.
