A man has been charged after three men allegedly had a "corrosive substance" thrown at them in Canary Wharf.
Mohamed Boudissa, 18, of Balham Road in Edmonton Green, appeared in custody at Thames Magistrates’ Court last Friday (July 21), charged with three counts of attempted grievous bodily harm with intent and one count of affray.
The charge relates to an incident in Cabot Square, Canary Wharf, on July 17 when three men allegedly had a corrosive substance thrown at them.
Cabot Square includes a fountain, artwork and has London offices for Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley.

A woman, 17, was also arrested on July 21 on suspicion of having a corrosive substance in a public place.
This is contrary to section 6(1) and (7) of the Offensive Weapons Act 2019, police said.
She has been bailed pending further enquiries to a mid-August date.
