Havering Council has received a range of planning applications, addressing various development proposals across the borough in the past seven days.
These applications, currently marked as "Undecided," include a mix of residential extensions, tree maintenance requests, change of use proposals, and discharge of conditions for existing projects.
One of these, P1036.23, seeks a first-floor side-to-rear extension for the property on 178 Osborne Road, Hornchurch. Similarly, P1037.23, located at 23 Ingrebourne Gardens in Upminster, requests a single-storey rear extension with a pitched roof, front garage and porch roof alterations, and internal alterations.
Tree maintenance applications have also been submitted to the council. T0073.23 proposes the reduction of the overall size of the crown by 2 meters for a Silver Birch tree at 2 St Clements Avenue, Romford (RM3 0HY), while T0074.23 intends to reduce an Oak tree by 2.0 meters at 4 Wallenger Avenue, Romford (RM2 6ER).
Furthermore, T0075.23 seeks to reduce a Multi-Stemmed Sycamore Tree by 3.0/4.0 meters at 63 Kingswood Lodge, Apartment 1, Main Road (RM2 5EH).

Additionally, Y0172.23 proposes a single-storey rear extension at 54 Manser Road, Rainham (RM13 8NL), while Y0173.23 seeks a single-storey rear extension at 78 Eyhurst Avenue, Hornchurch (RM12 4RA). Both applications fall under the "Prior Approval" category.
P1019.23 requests a first-floor side and rear extension at 36 Maylands Avenue, Hornchurch (RM12 5BE), and P1014.23 proposes a single-storey rear extension with alterations to the front elevation at 6 Eldred Gardens, Upminster (RM14 1SL).
Moreover, the council received application P1027.23 for a proposed change of use from a C3 single Dwelling to a C2 Small Children's home at 51 Windermere Avenue in Hornchurch. Application P1030.23 proposed hardstanding and a drop kerb at 172 Wennington Road in Rainham.
Other applications received include a proposed outbuilding with a rooflight at the rear of the garden (reference P1018.23) at 189 Clockhouse Lane in Romford, and a change of use of an outbuilding from residential to part-time dog groomers at 5 Kenway in Romford (reference P1022.23).
