A group of teenagers have been arrested on suspicion of carrying offensive weapons near a park.
Seven teens aged 14 to 16 were arrested near Central Park, Harold Hill, on Friday (June 9).
Police were called at 7.44pm that day to a report of a group of teenagers carrying weapons near the park.
All were taken into custody with the assistance of the National Police Air Service, which helped to track the group nearby.

The teens have been released on bail pending further enquiries.
Officers searched the park and found a number of weapons in the woods.
The weapons were seized and taken away for forensic testing, police said.
