A new bar has opened in Collier Row promising something different in an area rich with eateries and pubs.
Gravity Dine and Drink, a cocktail bar and restaurant, opened its doors on June 2, with Andrew Rosindell, Conservative MP for Romford, and Keith Prince, Conservative member of the London Assembly for Havering and Redbridge, in attendance.
The venue, in Collier Row Lane, said on its website that it is "more than just a restaurant – it's an experience".
It says its menu is "diverse and innovative" providing modern twists to classic dishes.
Ashok Duppati, Gravity’s owner, said he was delighted to open in the heart of Romford.

While some residents on social media questioned the need for another bar in the area, Mr Rosindell said he was excited to be at the opening.
“Excellent to see the opening of a new business in Collier Row and delighted to be asked to ‘cut the ribbon’,” he said in a tweet.
